Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Canada only.

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary depending on your location, please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery within Canada. 

Hoonar is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing once the package has left our hands. If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@hoonar.ca and we'll help sort it out.

We are currently working on expanding shipping to the United States. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when that's available.
